Reservations:

Reservations are required to ensure the organization of all travel activities (they help us determine the number of guides and team assistants required and allow us to inform you of any changes made to the trip due to unforeseen weather conditions or other forces of nature). Reservations are accepted and confirmed via email.

Payment:

To guarantee a reservation, it is necessary to fill in the Booking Form and pay the deposit in the amount of 30% of the total cost of your trip. For your security and convenience we have added the possibility to use “PayPal” on the website. The second payment in the amount of 70% of the total cost of the tour should be carried out on the first day on your tour in cash (Dirhams, Euros, Sterlings or Dollars) or via bank transfer one week before your tour start day.

Changes:

Upon customer’s request, some changes can be made to the tour itinerary. Morocco Ecotours is willing to meet customers’ expectations and make any possible adjustments we can. Additional costs might be applied. However, it is important to take into account that some changes cannot be made due to logistical reasons.

Cancellation:

If you must cancel before departure you should inform the manager via e-mail. You may request a refund according to the following schedule.

– More than 60 days prior to tour: Cancellation penalty –  30% per person

– 59-30 days before tour: Cancellation penalty – 80% of the total costs

– 29-15 days before tour: Cancellation penalty -90% of the total costs

– Less than 15 days before departure: Cancellation penalty – 100% of the total costs

Please note: cancellation of airfare, other transit, and lodging is subject to the policies of the individual carriers or providers and are not included in the schedule above. Additional cancellation fees are the responsibility of the traveler. We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase travel insurance that includes coverage for trip cancellation or interruption which may reimburse you for cancellation penalties and extra trip expenses should a circumstance covered by the policy force you to cancel or interrupt your trip.

Morocco Ecotours may cancel or postpone the start of the tour due to major events, strikes or in the cases when the safety of the customers cannot not be guaranteed during the tour. In these cases, customers will be notified by mail or telephone and will be reimbursed the amount of money paid to the agency. No compensation claims are accepted.

Passport & Visa:

It is the responsibility of the customer to obtain all the necessary documentation to legally enter the country. Consult the local consulate for more details.
